If, within 14 days of purchase, you can show it hasn't delivered 
on those two fronts, we'll refund your full purchase price.

How it works:

1. Submit your request within 14 days of purchase by emailing 
   connect@ntmdsgn.io with your order number.

2. Show us the data — send before/after screenshots of your 
   storefront and conversion metrics (e.g., Shopify Analytics, 
   Google Analytics) demonstrating no improvement.

3. We'll review and respond within 48 hours. If it's clear LX 
   hasn't delivered as promised, we'll process your refund—
   no questions asked.


Additions to the Policy

We value customer satisfaction and understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

1. Non-Delivery of Product
If you do not receive the download link for your purchased digital product within 24 hours, please contact us within 5 days of your purchase. Once the issue is verified, we will promptly resend the download link to your email.

2. Incorrect or Faulty File
If the product delivered differs from what was described, or if the file is corrupted or unusable, please reach out to us immediately with your order details. Upon confirmation, we will provide the correct version of the file at no additional cost.

3. Accidental Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same item more than once, we may issue a refund for the duplicate transaction(s) upon request. Please include all relevant transaction details to help us resolve the matter efficiently.
