HOW IT WORKS

1. You get your portal
Right after checkout you receive a sign-in link to your own client portal. No account to create.

2. You fill in the brief
A short form covering your brand assets, Klaviyo access, voice and offer, and which products to feature. It saves as you go, so you can do it across a few sittings. Not sure on the copy? Tick “we’ll draft it” and we write it for you to approve.

3. We build
Your form, your flows, your templates, all inside your Klaviyo account.

4. You review in draft
Nothing sends to a single customer until you have seen it and approved it.

5. Flows go live
We switch them on and confirm the first sends look right.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need a paid Klaviyo account?

No. Klaviyo’s free tier covers up to 250 contacts and 500 sends a month, which is enough to launch. You only pay them once your list grows past that, and by then the flows are earning.

What access do you need from me?

Manager access to your Klaviyo account, and your brand assets. If you want the emails sending from your own domain rather than a shared one, we also need a few DNS records added once. We send you the exact records and someone with registrar access pastes them in, or you delegate a sending subdomain and we manage it end to end.

How long does it take?

Two weeks from the day your brief and Klaviyo access land, not from the day you order. The brief is the part that usually decides the timeline, so the sooner it is in, the sooner you are live.

What happens to the flows I already have?

Nothing, unless you ask. The brief asks whether you have existing flows and whether you want them kept or replaced. We never delete anything without checking first.

Do I own the work?

Yes. Everything is built inside your own Klaviyo account under your login. If you stop working with us tomorrow, the flows keep running and you keep full control of them.

Is this a subscription?

No. This is a one-time build. If you want ongoing campaign work afterwards we can quote that separately, but the flows themselves are yours and keep sending without us.
